Ahead of your Distance Reiki Session, you will receive an email from us with suggestions as to how you can prepare for your healing session to get the most out of it! This will include a guided meditation that you can do ahead of your session and suggested Healing Frequencies/Music for you to play while you lay back, relax and allow the Reiki Energy to flow through you.
